Tuckingmill Valley Park

Welcome to Tuckingmill Valley Park

Tuckingmill Valley Park, Camborne, represents the first Green Hub for The Conservation Volunteers in the Southwest of England.

The Conservation Volunteers are based in the park, in a sustainably designed, purpose built building called The Conservation Centre. It is of timber construction and has many environmental features including high spec insulation made from natural resources, an air source heat pump to help with heating and a turf roof which acts as a great habitat for insects and other invertebrates.

The Tuckingmill Valley itself has been transformed from the most visually derelict land site in West Cornwall into an award winning park which has a bespoke skate park, walking trails, play facilities and creative art installations all set within a rich mosaic of habitats associated with Cornwall’s mining landscape.
