Another season and another amazing effort from the Weekend Green Gym in Camden.

From September through December 2012 the Green Gym transformed Ingestre Woods through rain, fog and freeze. Some of the highlights were the insect tower, the beautifully sculpted and super springy new woodchipped steps and paths, the raised amphibian pond, deadwood fence and compost bins. Over 60 people collectively donated a massive 1300 hours of their weekend to make it possible.

Respect to all and please do read this amazing blog from Sneha Nagesh who beautifully captures the spirit of the project.

Huge thanks to all the volunteers and our partners. London Borough of Camden and Zipcar for supporting the project!
