Everyone can benefit from outdoor activities and contact with nature and the great outdoors. What opportunities are there for children and adults from Ethnic Minority and diverse communities to get involved in outdoor activities such as 'growing' schemes, environmental projects and natural play programmes?

This is the topic of a free information and networking ‘Forum Exchange’ on 24 November at the Napiershall Street Centre in Glasgow.  Attendees will hear about some recent and current activities to increase outdoor access organised by The Conservation Volunteers (TCV), West of Scotland Regional Equality Council, Forestry Commission Scotland, CEMVO and others. The free event (lunch included) is suitable for interested individuals plus staff and volunteers from community and voluntary organisations who can share their own experiences, or are looking for ideas, inspiration, and contacts to develop their outdoor activities.
