The Berkshire Biodiversity Action Team works in Berkshire, as well as parts of Oxfordshire, south/mid-Buckinghamshire, north Hampshire and occasionally in Surrey. About 50% of its work is done in Reading. Projects run every Thursday.
A lift is normally available to and from the worksite and Reading, in our red minibus. Please book a space on the minibus as places are limited.
We frequently add new projects to this programme as and when they’re arranged; this is often done at short notice, so check back frequently to keep up to date.
We have three other projects run from our Reading Office.
- Regular volunteering and family events at the Weller Community Centre, Caversham.
- Regular volunteering and wildlife surveying at Lousehill Copse Woodland in Tilehurst.
- A Green Gym in Basingstoke Hospital.
For more information about these please get in touch below.
