Congratulations to our Belfast team who have received the International Standard for Quality ISO 9001 for Belfast operations. This is a great endorsement of the diligence of all staff and Volunteer Officer's across Belfast who were able to show such robust evidence of high quality delivery that the SGS auditor couldn't find any areas of non compliance!
Thanks to all who pulled out all the stops to make the audit a success. The systems and procedures that have been approved are the same standards that we work to across NI and the rest of the UK and we should all be proud! All in all a great team effort, thanks to all those involved and well done!
