What we can do for you
The Conservation Volunteers is the country’s leading practical conservation charity.
Our teams of volunteers can tackle all kinds of environmental work from clearing out ancient waterways and ponds to building steps to improve public access to parks and open spaces. We will clear invasive undergrowth or plant new trees and hedges. Garden make-overs also feature regularly in our programme, whether you want a quite spot for residents in a community garden or a pond dipping and nature study area in your school grounds.
Site owners – if you have a project you think we might be able to help with contact our office.
If you are looking for a team-building or community activity for your work colleagues, check out our Employee Action Days information.
And if you just want to get closer to the capital’s parks, woodlands and green spaces, check out our guided walks information.
