TCV were invited to attend the Health Lottery Tea Party hosted by Simon Cowell at the Savoy in London. They joined 200 guests from charities funded by People's Health Trust, along with countless celebrities and MPs.
The Health Lottery Tea Party celebrated groups and organisations across Great Britain that are helping to improve their communities and the places where they live. It showcased the incredible work that thousands of local people are doing to reduce health inequalities.
Our Green Gym's received particular focus, with volunteers from Harmony Gardens Green Gym in Tottenham, London being given the opportunity to meet Simon Cowell and Gloria Hunniford.
