Green Gym is a great way to get outdoors, be more active, and keep fit!
Sessions are free, and no prior experience is required. Just come dressed for the weather, with sturdy shoes.
Our experienced leaders provide instruction, guidance, tools, and equipment – even tea and biscuits!
Each Green Gym always offers a variety of tasks with differing levels of physical activity. You are free to work at your own pace and enjoy being part of a team.
Many of our volunteers simply enjoy the social aspect of working together.
