Our regular weekly Wednesday practical conservation workdays start up again on Wednesday 10th September – 10am to 3pm. No need to book for the Wednesdays, you can just turn up at 10am but you will need to fill in a TCV volunteer welfare form the first time you volunteer. We can email you this form to complete online beforehand if you email gpep@tcv.org.uk.
Our regular weekly Saturday morning practical conservation workdays start up again on Saturday 20th September – 10am to 1pm. You need to book in advance each week for the Saturday workdays – just email gpep@tcv.org.uk to book a place. We can also send you an online link to the volunteer welfare form if you haven’t volunteered with us before.
At Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park, corporate teams can help with some of our larger habitat management tasks, such as reed cutting, meadow cutting and shingle beach digging as well as unique tasks such as tern raft management and compost turning. This is a great opportunity for businesses to help maintain the park’s unique biodiversity while fulfilling their team building aspirations.
For corporate groups please email corporate-enquiries@tcv.org.uk to learn more. You are welcome to email gpep@tcv.org.uk if you want to find out more about organising a corporate workday at the Ecology Park.
