Green Gym is free, simple and no experience is necessary. It’s a great way to meet new people, learn new skills and improve your physical and mental wellbeing whilst improving your local environment. With a relaxed atmosphere you can work at your own pace and there are activities to suit all levels of experience and fitness.
Our expert leaders will provide everything you need for the session including plenty of tea and biscuits. All you need is yourself and some sturdy footwear! Mental and physical well-being needn’t break the bank.
Each session involves a quick warm up to get you ready for the work ahead and ends with a cool down to relax you after your exertion. Each Green Gym will always provide a variety of tasks offering different levels of physical challenges so you can work at your own pace and as part of a team.
