Welcome to Skelton Grange Environment Centre

We are now recruiting for Volunteer Officers to start in late September 2014! Click here for more info.

The Conservation Volunteers charity welcomes people of all ages to learn, volunteer and play in the natural environment at our award winning eco-centre and nature area in Leeds. We offer great educational visits for schools and groups, support people to volunteer in conservation and education, and run lots of training and fun events for kids, adults, teachers and families… join in and feel good!

Join our Friday volunteer team to look after the Skelton Grange wildlife area, visit us on our Big Green Weekend Open Day on 4th October - or be terrified by zombies at Halloween. Or learn a new skill such as willow weaving with Phil Bradley, wild food foraging or bushcraft in our great new course programme. And we always appreciate financial donations to our work too through Local Giving - which can also be Gift Aided.

The Conservation Volunteers at Skelton Grange is able to work with people and communities to transform their health, prospects and outdoor places because of the generous support of many different organisations and individuals - thank you.
